Central Library
The Central Library plays a vital role in providing opportunities to the students and staff members to enrich their knowledge. The college library is well-maintained with Books, E-Books, Hard copy International Journals, National Journals and Plagiarism Software which is well above the norms. All operations in the library are fully computerized. We make all efforts to inculcate reading habits in the students and also to provide them with all necessary assistance.

- The National Digital library of India (NDL) is a project under Ministry of Human Resource Development, India. It’s objective is to collect and collate metadata and provide full text index from several national and international digital libraries, as well as other relevant sources. The NDL is a digital repository containing textbooks, audio books, articles, lectures, videos, lectures, simulations, fiction and all various other learning media. The NDL provides access to many books in English and Indian languages.

Rules & Regulations
SSIPMT, Raipur Central Library Rules
- Book shall be issued to each student for 15 days only.
- Students should get books from their own library card. Nobody can get books from another’s card.
- All the issued books and study material can be deposited before due date, if and when required. So every reader should return the books when intimated. Otherwise they will be financially punished as per the rules and regulations of the library.
- Please keep the bags and other personal things outside the library.
- Please return the books on or before the due date mentioned on books, otherwise they will be fined Rs.5/- for each day.
- Please return the books in good condition. Making any marks on the book comes under the purview of crime.
- Please keep quiet in the library and create a favorable environment for reading and studying.
- Please maintain complete silence in the library.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the library. Please keep it switched off or on vibration mode.
- Please avoid group discussions inside the library as it causes disturbance to other users.
- Please strictly comply with the rules and regulations for the use of the library.
